Many parents have these main concerns:


1) Are the rented toys safe to play?
All rented toys will be in good working conditions for rental. They will be checked for defects before and after each rental.


2) Are the rented toys clean?
All rented toys are cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant solution (except the battery compartment) before and after each rental.


This is a home-based business, so all toys come back to my house and my boys will play with it. So as a parent, I am as concern as anyone of you on the cleaniness of the toys.


3) Why is $20 deposit required?
This is a very minimal amount to buffer for any late return or damaged/ missing parts from the toys.

4) What if the toy is spoilt, damaged, has parts missing during the rental period?
If the toy is totally spoilt or damaged or the parts missing have render the use of the toy, a full cost of the toy is payable.


If the toy is slightly damaged or the parts missing does not render the use of the toy, a partial cost of the toy is payable. Amount payable will be noted to you upon rental of each toy as the cost of each toy varies.


5) What if the toy I wanted to rent is rented out at the moment? How can I know when it is due to return? Can I reserve it?
You will contact 96456632 or rent2play@hotmail.com to rent a toy, so the previous rental due will be make known to you in the reply. The priority to extend the rental period is given to the previous customer, but you can reserve the toy. Once it is back, we will let you know. Usually there is a time lapse of 3 working days between rentals for disinfecting process.
